Government CAFM
Tameer
A Computer Aided Facility Management platform built for Egypt's Ministry of Housing, deployed across 200 plus government facilities, with a live pilot at hemaiah.app.
The client
Egypt's Ministry of Housing
Tameer was built for the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities in Egypt. It is a Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platform deployed across more than 200 government facilities.
The live pilot runs at hemaiah.app and serves as the reference implementation for a broader rollout across the ministry.
The problem
Facility operations at government scale
Running maintenance and operations across hundreds of government facilities means coordinating work orders, assets, and field teams across multiple ministries and facility types, with different people needing different access. Done on paper and spreadsheets, that does not hold together at scale.
The ground teams needed a system that matched how they actually work, including from the field on a phone, not a desktop tool that assumes everyone is at a desk.
The approach
A multi tenant CAFM built for the field
We delivered a multi tenant system covering work order management, asset tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, and mobile field access for facility teams. Role based access is tailored to field technicians, facility managers, and ministry level administrators.
The platform handles complex government workflows across multiple ministries and facility types. Over 47 distinct screens map to the real operational workflows the teams use daily.
