Facility operations

PremiseOps

In development

The AI augmented, commercial evolution of our facility management work, taking what we learned running operations at government scale and rebuilding it for commercial property teams.

The starting point

Proven at government scale, now built for commercial teams

PremiseOps grows out of Tameer, our Computer Aided Facility Management platform built for Egypt's Ministry of Housing and running as a live pilot at hemaiah.app across government facilities. Tameer covers work orders, asset tracking, preventive maintenance, and mobile field access for facility teams.

PremiseOps takes that operational core and rebuilds it as a commercial product for property managers, healthcare networks, and multi site operations teams, with AI integrated through the core workflows rather than bolted on as a feature.

Where the AI fits

The AI layer is the difference

The planned AI layer covers predictive maintenance signals, automatic work order classification and routing, document and permit intelligence, and natural language reporting for operations leadership. The goal is AI that does real operational work, not a chatbot pinned to the corner of a dashboard.

[TODO: confirm with Nour which AI features are built versus planned, and whether PremiseOps shares the Tameer codebase or is a separate build, before publishing specifics.]

Status

In active development

Tameer is live as a pilot. PremiseOps, the commercial AI augmented version, is in active development at MyClicx. More technical and product detail will follow as it firms up.
