Compliance automation
RegClx
Full Autonomous Registered Agent. A registered agent service being built to receive, scan, classify, and route legal mail on its own.
What a registered agent does
The compliance role every US company needs
A registered agent is the party that receives legal correspondence and official government mail on behalf of a business. Every company is required to name one in each US state where it is registered, with a real address that is staffed during business hours.
Handled manually, this is mailroom overhead: someone has to receive the mail, work out what it is, and get it to the right person in time. A missed service of process or a missed compliance notice can carry real legal and financial consequences.
What RegClx is
An autonomous registered agent
RegClx is being built to do that job autonomously. The plan is to receive registered agent mail, scan it, classify it with AI document processing, and route it to the right person or workflow, so that nothing important sits unread and deadlines are not missed.
[TODO: confirm with Nour the target states, pricing, launch date, and the AI and infrastructure stack. Nothing specific is claimed here until those are confirmed.]
