The problem
Brokerages run on spreadsheets and tribal knowledge
Mortgage brokerages sit between borrowers and a long list of wholesale lenders, each with their own programs and quirks. Most run on a patch of spreadsheets, a generic CRM that does not understand their work, and a lender list that lives in one person's head.
Lender origination systems exist, but they are built for lenders, not for the brokerage in the middle that has to manage relationships across many of them at once.
The approach
Built for the brokerage, not the lender
Glendx started aimed at the lender side and we pivoted it to the brokerage, which is where the unmet need was. The distinctive piece is a cross tenant wholesale lender directory: instead of every brokerage maintaining its own lender list, they share a common directory that the platform keeps current.
The product was built in a sequence of phases with a test suite that grew alongside it. It is not yet publicly deployed.

Glendx is built through several phases with a growing test suite, but it is not yet deployed to a public environment. The next step is deployment and a first brokerage on the platform.
